Program description
Serenity Woodworks LLC operates an SMS program to send order-related notifications to customers who have placed a custom hardwood sign order or submitted an inquiry. Messages include shipping notifications with tracking information, production stage updates, design approval requests, and replies to customer-initiated conversations about your order.
How you opt in
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Serenity Woodworks by providing your mobile phone number on our public inquiry form at www.serenitywoodworks.com/contact, on the customer portal at shopflow.serenitywoodworks.com when placing an order, or verbally when speaking with a Serenity Woodworks team member about your project. The form displays an SMS consent disclosure stating that the number may be used for SMS notifications about your order.
Message frequency
Frequency varies by order. You should expect roughly 4–10 messages over the course of a typical 9–11 week order — at major milestones such as design approval, shipping, and delivery — plus any 1:1 conversations you initiate with our team about your order.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from Serenity Woodworks at any time to be unsubscribed from the SMS program. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You’ll receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS does not affect email or phone communication about your order.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging rates govern. Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and Boost) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
Serenity Woodworks does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third-party marketers. Your number is used solely to deliver order-related notifications via our SMS service provider (Twilio). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
